Who we are

This website belongs to ACSE BV, trading as ACS Events, company number BE 0889.621.246. We are responsible for processing your personal data. You can ask any question about your data through the contact form on this website.

What data we process

The website itself does not collect or store any personal data. The contact form does not send anything: it opens your own e-mail program with your request. Only when you send that e-mail yourself do we receive the details you filled in: your name, company, e-mail address, phone number and the details of your event.

Why we use it

We only use your data to answer your question, prepare a proposal and, if you give us the assignment, organise your event. The legal basis is the performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request before that contract exists (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to handle your request and your event. Data we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, we keep for as long as the law requires. Requests that lead nowhere are deleted after two years at the most.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. Our e-mail runs on Microsoft 365. When we organise your event, we only give partners such as a venue or a caterer the details they need for it.

Hosting, cookies and statistics

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Like any web server, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address to show and protect the pages. Netlify may also process that data outside the European Union.

This website uses no cookies, no advertising trackers and no analytics tools. The fonts are stored on our own website, so no request goes to Google. If you click a link to Instagram, Instagram's privacy policy applies from that point on.

Your rights

You can always ask us what data we hold about you. You can have it corrected or deleted, restrict how it is processed, object, or ask for your data in a usable format. Just let us know through the contact form.

If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
